Onset HOBO U20 Water Level Logger Deluxe Kit, 13’ Range

 

This money-saving kit provides out-of-the-box convenience and includes the equipment you need to begin logging immediately! The kit is ideal for use in monitoring water levels and temperatures in wells, streams, lakes, and freshwater wetlands as well as measuring barometric pressure. HOBOware Pro software offers easy conversion to accurate water level readings that are fully compensated for barometric pressure, temperature, and water density. Multiple-rate sampling allows for faster sampling at critical times such as when pumping starts or stops. The no-vent-tube design ensures simple, reliable deployment, and the electronics are shielded in a stainless steel housing to provide protection from lightning. Kit includes U20 Data Logger (13´ range), U20 Data Logger for Barometric Pressure (13´ range), Waterproof Shuttle with Coupler, HOBOware Pro software, and carrying case.

We have set up and launched three of these in rivers and all is good, data precision, software is easy to use, easy to deploy. The first of our stations has been operating for nearly two years non-stop, the other two one year and we are pleased to recommend them. We are ordering today a fourth water level data logging station for a new hydropower project. It works great for us.
